Sizing Recommendations:
- This item fits true to AH's standard fit
- If in between sizes, we recommend to size down due to stretch
- Model in red is 5’2", wearing size M with a 29” waist and 41” hips
- Model blue is 5'8", wearing size M with a 28" waist and 42" hips
Material & Washing Instructions:
- 88% Nylon, 12% Spandex
- We recommend washing the short on a cold machine setting, inside-out and hanging it to dry
- Wash with like colors - do not bleach, iron or dry clean
Easily became my new favorite pair of shorts. The material is great. Sizing was normal as well. I am 5'6, 155lbs and I got a medium.

The color is soo unique. I haven’t seen this color in any other apparel company.
Beside those things they fit AMAZING and can withstand a heavy leg day. For reference I am 5ft and 150-160lbs depending on what phase I’m in. I got a large, it fits so comfortably but I honestly could do a medium comfortably too
I got the ribbed seamless bra and short set and absolutely LOVE them! The quality of the material is great, and it is incredibly soft! A big thing for me is having workout clothes that you can’t see through when you are training in the gym, and these do the job! Completely squat proof and make the booty be lookin extra juicy on those leg days
These shorts are a pair that you throw on to tackle the day or to just lounge in. I out them on right after opening and the fabric is so soft. I have a feeling I will be living in the bra and shorts set for awhile, then I’ll have to get the leggings to match for the fall and winter months.
I got these in pink and cerulean blue with the matching tops. I love these shorts. The material is quality and the shorts don’t ride up and the top doesn’t come down. I have big hips and a big booty and currently 5 months pregnant; these shorts fit me very well and didn’t hurt my belly with long term wear. I ordered a large.
