Sizing Recommendations:

This item fits true to AH's standard fit
If in between sizes, we recommend to size down due to stretch
Model in red is 5’2", wearing size M with a 29” waist and 41” hips
Model in black is 5'8", wearing size S with a 27" waist and 35" hips

Material & Washing Instructions:

88% Nylon, 12% Spandex
We recommend washing the legging on a cold machine setting, inside-out and hanging it to dry
Wash with like colors - do not bleach, iron or dry clean

Perfect amount of compression

These leggings are awesome. I was afraid they’d be too warm or scratchy, but they look great and are comfortable. The waist band is thick and has good support (I needs it for my belly jiggles) Very squat proof! If they had a wider waist band, they’d be my new favorite. Not joking when I say these are up there with my Lululemns.

BEST WORKOUT LEGGINGS EVER

I was a little nervous to purchase leggings just due to the fact that I am tall and slim. I’m 59 and weigh 140. Finding leggings that actually fit correctly is difficult because I’m all legs. These worked great for me and held everything together as well. Bought one pair and returning right now to buy more!
Definitely squat proof, not see-through whatsoever. And so comfortable to wear!

I have the shorts, but just NEEDED the leggings! They’re seriously the most amazing set of leggings I’ve ever worn, hands down. They’re amazingly comfortable, stay put while I’m working out/running, cozy but breathable & can wear them for lounging too! They’re that comfy. I can’t say enough good things, I want them all!
